We provide a quality center based program for pre-school children in designated service areas that will promote cognitive, emotional and physical development that is age appropriate and prepares children to meet future learning challenges.

We promote and strengthen parent and community involvement in the development and implementation of a quality child care program through comprehensive activities designed to meet the needs of a constantly changing social environment.
