PURPOSE The purpose of the prayer ministry team at Tabernacle Lutheran Church is to actively encourage and promote prayer within the life of the church. By being open and responsive to the working of the Holy Spirit, we pray that God's love, guidance and healing power would be released for the benefit of His people and to His glory. 2. EXPECTATIONS - Prayer team membership will be a response to a desire to pray with people. - Prayer team members will seek to be open and responsive to the Holy Spirit in prayer. - Prayer team members will be available to pray for persons in need. - Prayer team members will have a commitment to participate in appropriate training in the methods and uses of prayer. 3. MEETING TIMES The prayer Ministry under the leadership of Ms. Sharon Scipio meets every Saturday morning at 11 AM. In the large blue room on the second floor of the Parish hall. These prayer sessions are open to everyone, and all members are encouraged to participate, |
