Transformational Ministry or TM is a process designed by the Synod’s Evangelical outreach team to facilitate and encourage the vitality and growth God desires for every local congregation. TM is specifically designed to assist those congregations who have experienced a sense of stagnation or declining membership, as well as those desiring to grow their congregations as they embrace new ministries and reach out to their communities. The TM process involves a willingness to engage in a process of honest self-evaluation and accountability. who want to renew their vision and sense of mission. Congregations involved in TM will participate in three training modules, be assigned a trained congregational coach experienced in helping congregations revitalize, and Receive access to an online database of growth in faith, congregational assessment and visioning tools.
